Our Commitment to Quality Control
We quarantee all of our work from the apparel we offer to the embellishment we perform to the garment. We take a strong pride in our work and understand very well that our reputation in the industry is everything. Inspections processes on our garments is conducted as follws:
A. Scheduled equipment maintenance and cleanings.
B. Proper employee training on all equipment.
C. Incoming count and inspection of all incoming apparel and materials.
D. Stitch-out or print-out and presentation of all new images to the customer prior to running the customers order.
E. Work-in-progress inspection on all orders.
F. Finished goods inspection and final counting.
G. All backed by the Creative Stitch quality guarantee.
New Innovations
Creative Stitch offers both screen printing and digital garment printing solutions. Traditional screen printing requires printing screens which require time and money, usually about $20.00 per screen (color). With traditional screen printing, small volume orders can be extremely expensive due to the screen and set-up costs required with this manufacturing capability. Creative Stitch has added to its family the newest technology in garment printing, digital printing. Digital printing cuts lead-times from a days or weeks down to a matter of minutes. It also helps keep the customers price down due to not needing screens.
From a quality stand-point, digital printing can produce images at 2800 dpi. Typical printing is done at 720 dpi. Most screen printing is done at 72 dpi.
